Still not working

Why can't I post? Keeps telling me I don't have any permissions.
I filled all info out and did the verification.

The change in usergroup is automatic and can take several hours after you meet the 5 days and 5 posts requirement. It has updated and there are no restrictions on your account. Welcome!

It's Saying I cant post to classifieds but ive been a member since January, I haven't really posted much but im looking to sell my car on here and pick up stuff for my new car but i cant post to Classifieds at all. Please help...
