so yeah my lil bro signed up about 2 hours ago and wants to postbut still has been aproved...

Then he messed up the email confirmation process. Tell him to make sure he entered his email right, or check his spam folders.

I believe due to the increase is spam registration the Admin has put a lock on automatic registration and opt'd to do a member by member approval. Give him some time I'm sure he will get to your brother soon.
