By being able to be anonymous..I see trouble.

Unless a comment has to be left for the negative reps.

The best thing to do would make it so premium members can see who left rep for them. They did that over on CRSX. I guess if some ppl wanted to be asses they could but my experience with rep has been a positive one so far.
