Maybe have questions that pertain to site rules and a few tech specs about the cars.

 

i don't know about that, because there are some people that like their car, and still really don't know a whole lot. and there are people that know a lot and are still ding dongs.

yeah I don't think Car knowledge has any bearing whatsoever on maturity. I know there are some 16 yr olds on this site that could probably start at 8am, take apart the engine and put it back together in time to go light bags of poo on peoples front doorsteps that night.

Plus there's no way to administer the test without being able to just look up the information in another Internet explorer window right there, that's what I would do

 

I'll just go a-head and say it. I'm not trying to hurt anybody’s feelings or tryinh to be an *******. But you've got people on here that do not have their "age" That are PAYING supporting members of this site. Those as well as other Premium members are the reason this site is staying around, without the help of the members, why would so many business try to support a site that’s not going to give a return with so few members? By doing this your segregating the site, and This site was made for sharing knowledge, and stories of vehicles, and whatever else you've got the mind to speak of. I became a premium member because I like what the site had to offer. I wanted to support the site. I didn't even know I’d be able to see the dungeon. (Untill one day i pulled a thread that had breasticles) Seeing the only Mod here is REIGN SS, sounds like you guys are just gearing up to play a game of house. I've learned so much from a lot of you guys and I think just to have a different topic/thread for you 1.5ers would really just be pointless. There are dumb people wherever you go in life, and sadly.. You can't just put them aside all the time..

I think it's a great idea to get back some of the discussion, like politics, that we are losing.

It definetely needs less mod locking and such.

 

we are in no way suggesting we deprive the general population of Cobalt related tech knowledge, we are merely suggesting that us "older" members have an off-topic place to hang out.

 

it would be like an extra off-topic section....not the whole site....i pay to support the site and i dont even have a damn cobalt....but i like some of the people here and i enjoy my stay....i also can provide and receive general knowledge here....

I gotta agree with Reign SS on this one.
"most" of the older members have thicker internet skin. We're used to ribbing on eachother and aren't going to start a holy war because another long time member said that: our carbon fiber lip kit doesn't look good at all, interior neons are pointless, we suck at spelling, etc...

Plus most of the old timers tend to hang around the site and post in EVERYONE's threads, I don't think you'll see that much more segregation.

 

I wonder if it can be done by member #?
