Please remove this.

Approximately 25% of the time this script fails to load, causing pages to hang. It's happening more and more often and beginning to get pretty darned annoying.

Code:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://loadus.exelator.com/load/?p=258&g=043&c=28632"></script>

You do realize that this is the site feedback forum, right? The one that we use to provide feedback to the admins that put that code in there?

Thanks Mark. It was really bad this morning, which is why I said something. It happens regularly and has for a few days, but this morning was pretty frustrating.

What is excelator.com?

exelator.com is a domain used by eXelate Media which is an advertising company that is part of a network of sites, cookies, and other technologies used to track you, what you do and what you click on, as you go from site to site, surfing the Web. Over time, sites like exelator.com can help make an online profile of you usually including the sites you visit, your searches, purchases, and other behavior. Your profile can then be exchanged and sold between various companies like exelator.com as well as being sold to other advertisers and marketers.
It's an advertising company. I didn't look at which ad it was that is the problem. I'll let Bob handle that. It's pulling from the Amazon cloud service which is usually fairly dependable, but who knows what excelator has bought there and if it's being overwhelmed at certain parts of the day.

We are not the only ones having problems with this product. IB is going to look into ways to improve the ongoing issues. Thank you for letting us know!
