Quick uploading of pictures.
I did a quick search to find a thread on this, but to no avail. Sorry if this has been covered before.
How does one go about having the option of "manage attatchments" feature on replies, for quick uploading of pictures from my pc? Is that feature enabled on this site? or do premium members only have the option?
