Basically if you approve of someone's post or think someone makes a worthwhile contribution, you can reward them by giving them rep/

And you can do negative rep as well. They have it over on CRSX.

No I think as you get more rep points you have the ability to give more rep as well. So for now, most of us can only give a little rep but as you earn more, you can then give more to other ppl.

I guess you could neg rep someone but that doesn't happen nearly as much as positive rep back and forth. You guys will soon become a bunch of rep ****** around here!!!
