too many vendor threads on feed!?
I cannot be the only one who gets annoyed by logging in, checking "new posts" seeing one or two threads by members, and then what sometimes seems like three pages of one or two vendors bumping their own threads.
Is there any way this might be addressed?
I get it, vendors help pay the bills, but there has to be a happy balance where a vendor gets some exposure, but doesn't appear to be taking over the forums.
Most vendors seem to be fine, but there are a couple who seem to ***** up the forums and ruin the experience here;
I know that on occasion I go specifically to the vendors subforum to look at what's being offered...
But hey, those are just my thoughts.

I agree, the irritating part is it's not different vendors offering new sales/products/etc. its one vendor using the same post to bump every thread they ever posted in the vendor deals sub-forum.

I have previously tried using the "ignore" feature, but it doesn't seem to work that way.
I would wager that a whole lot more is made on advertizements.
EDIT: I just looked again;
within the first two pages of "new posts" TWENTY are from one vendor.

It does suck sometimes but it really isnt a problem to scroll down a little further, they pay to be here and help keep the site running its a necessary evil

Hey guys,
I will see if we can exclude vendor threads from the feed, I know the vendors do not want to tick off their potential customer base and do appreciate the feedback. Thanks.
