sometimes when i go to post, and its only on this site not on any other forum size comparable, that it wont let me input more than a handful of characters. ill get like 5-7 words in and it wont let me input anymore. but its not permanent, i wait like 30 seconds or so come back to it and i can type a little bit more then it does it again. It only does it when im replying to a post/thread...

ive cleared my browser of cookies and ****, rebooted and still does it

I've never had this issue before.

 

im having it on my laptop. It doesnt happen in any of the programs that i am running nor on any other sites.

 

The text field input is a client side issue, not server side. I bet if you use a browser without any addons, on a different computer, you won't have the issue. Test it on your phone too. It's not the site.

 

yeah its not the site, i switched to google chrome from firefox and havent had the issue since.
