I heard there was a big meet near O'Hare this weekend sometime? Anyone else hear that? I'd like to go. Will likely be the last one before it gets too cold to stand around staring at others cars...

 

It's Friday Night Lights, which is the JDM Chicago meet. At the corner of Mannheim and Lawrence. I don't know anyone from the Chicago Cobalt scene who goes to their meets.

Oh okay. Well me and a couple buddies may show up if the stars align just right. Haha.

 

I have a lot of buddies that go there.. Whit cobalts dont go cus people would rip on them like most of the people rip on hondas.

I was going to kill someone if I didn't get Sonic soon, so was just out that way for supper.

Saw at least 5 cop cars, just sitting around the intersection area just waiting for people to do dumb things, and then a few more were actually in the lot. Also looked like a line to get into the lot and park.

 

I was there for about 2hrs. It was fantastic. Saw some amazing cars. My fav was the GTR with the AMS Alpha 9 package. F'n sweet!

Saw another red Balt (TC) and a black one with the S/c wheels but not sure if it was supercharged. was a great time. Cops left everyone alone and people were respectful for the most part. Pretty shocking actually considering the crowd.

Most definitely seen those. That's actually how I found out about it. Haha!
