just a question but i havent gotten a prank/soam call ever i mean whats the deal with yall are you guys like ft worth cobalts, set a date then no one shows even the ppl that started the meet. i mean not to offend you or anyone else but ya.

Yea planed a track meet in kennadale and only 3 of us showed up.

well since most of us already know eachother its kinda pointless to put our info up on here other than for out of staters. stu and i have been rolling around together for almost 2 years and jermzss is so far from where we are that we just let him know when we are at the track and hope he can make it.

^^^^ Haha like ive said before..im stuck out here by myself with all the hondas trying to rep the Cobalts. Ive been going up to Fayettville on the weekends here latley because the girl im dating lives up there. We need to get a group together and invade Dickson street sometimes.

Memphis Meet!!!
Saturday April 19th 3pm -6pm!!!! Mark your calendars and take off work bisnitches.
The official word on using the pyramid parking is "Hell No."
BUT, as it was explained to me, the parking lot is open to the public, just not open to organizations. So if you want to drive over there and take some shots with YOUR car, no problem.
So, We are going to use a local park that is located next to the river, That is technically public property and therefore we don't need permission to gather there. It is located less than 1500 feet from the pyramid, and actually has an awesome backdrop of the Memphis Bridge over the Mississippi river, and there is parking for approximately 100 vehicles there.
However, since it IS a public park, I can do nothing about other people parking there. So we run the distinct possiblity of showing up and not being able park together.
So as a contingency plan, we can move this into downtown and use the rooftop parking at one of the parking garages. This is paid parking, but it's fairly reasonable, and is probably where you're going to end up if you hit up Beale Street afterwards. And we're pretty much guaranteed parking together as nothing is scheduled for downtown that weekend.
Have I mentioned that this is also the weekend for the Super Chevy Show at Memphis Motorsports park all that weekend? Well FYI, this is also the weekend for oh you get the point. Spectator parking for THAT event ...is....FREE. Gates open at 7am and close at 5pm Registration and scheduling information can be found at

I WILL post up an official "Memphis Meet thread." As soon as I can get some maps worked up on the different locations and directions. But I figured you local guys should know about it first.

for anyone who may be able to make it im going to memphis tonight. ill be there with the black spoilerless ss/sc hopefully running 12s. i will be with a guy rocking his silver V10 dually he should be in the low 15s

thanks. 2.7 in pulley clear image header o/r mid pipe fujita intake and some supporting mods. ill try to get some vids from my memphis trip right now i need to get a new ac adapter for my laptop thought. my desktop is way too slow to put the software and videos on.
