I have the name and number to the regional manager in charge of customers service. He handled my lemon law case back in 2005. I'll look for his card so maybe you can walk in with it and present it to the stealership. They tend to crap their pants when corporate is involved.

Hey rage I ripped my room apart for that card man with no luck. Sorry dude. If you need help with the lemon law I'll help as much as I can. I started out with the better business bureau and made a claim through them stating the Texas Lemon Law provisions. After that I was contacted by a customer service rep from corporate...not the dealer...Corporate. What ever you do man stop talking to the dealership and make sure you let them now you will only deal with corporate. I told them I was "legally advised to speak only to corporate customer service." After that first call from corporate to the dealership I was treated a whole lot differently. It's a tedious and long process but basically you have 3 options.
1. You can get the money back you've put into it (Down Payment, Payments ect.)
2. Trade (Get a brand new cobalt with the same exact interest rate you got and same payments)
3. Trade Repurchase (New cobalt with new interest rate and your existing payments and down payment are credited to the new loan. That is if you think you can get a better interest rate than the previous.
Good Luck!!!!
