Hey rage I ripped my room apart for that card man with no luck. Sorry dude. If you need help with the lemon law I'll help as much as I can. I started out with the better business bureau and made a claim through them stating the Texas Lemon Law provisions. After that I was contacted by a customer service rep from corporate...not the dealer...Corporate. What ever you do man stop talking to the dealership and make sure you let them now you will only deal with corporate. I told them I was "legally advised to speak only to corporate customer service." After that first call from corporate to the dealership I was treated a whole lot differently. It's a tedious and long process but basically you have 3 options.
1. You can get the money back you've put into it (Down Payment, Payments ect.)
2. Trade (Get a brand new cobalt with the same exact interest rate you got and same payments)
3. Trade Repurchase (New cobalt with new interest rate and your existing payments and down payment are credited to the new loan. That is if you think you can get a better interest rate than the previous.

dunno what happened with henry, he stopped returning my calls and text when i was asking him for help de modding my car. so i borrowed my other friends tools and did it solo took me 2 days but i got it done lol

if i go option 1 they pay the car off or what happens with the loan for the car? dont think im getting another cobalt either trying to get a truck or audi. how long does it usually take?already got with corp and spoke to a lawyer as well
