well if you have a ligitimate problem with a ligitimate shop they probably will take care of you. but thats not always the case. Dont assume it will be taken care of because it just might not be. and most of the time its he say, she say. Getting proof that will hold up in court isnt an easy task. Most of the time it wont come down to that but just expecting them to be honest and fix it is a good way to get screwed

 

true but i had the proof from the dealership wat and where the wires were cut so really they had no choice even if it where to go to court they would be screwed even more lol

 

and you had proof how? video of them cutting it? they could always say they were already cut before and you signed a waiver before dropping the vehicle off

 

actually thats where they messed up i didint sign anything lol there mistake i told them i dont sign or pay anything until the job is complete and everything is in working order so yea lol
