Got dyno?
Got dyno?
I'm thinking of getting the car dyno'd pretty soon so I can see where i'm at before i get my tune. Anyone know of a good place in the dfw area to get that done? Good price and guys that know what they're doing. thanks in advance
there are a lot of good dyno places around. Check with car clubs in your area. Otherwise, Texas Dyno is a good one, but they don't have a shop, its Texas' only Mobile Dyno. I can get their info if you want to find out what events they will be at.
Well i'm pretty much just looking for any places people know of and have been to in the DFW area. I've heard of a couple places but i've never been to any before. I just don't want to go somewhere the guys don't know what they're doing and screw something up or where they won't charge out the ass lol

Well, just like any automotive shop, they are gonna try to charge ya up the ass if you goto the wrong place or if they know you don't know anything about it. I know Texas Dyno is good because the owner is in our car club. However, there are plenty of cobalt guys up in the plano area, I'm surprised they haven't latched onto this one giving you advice yet. But the best solution is to get with one of the other balt owners on here that has dyno'd theirs and see if they will go with ya or meet ya at a place they trust.
I do lol. but el paso is a long drive from plano(dfw area). I would have to take a whole weekend off if i go that far. But because i work all the time it's going to be real hard, maybe impossible for me to do that anytime soon.
