Damn does everybody here work for the Po Po or something damn, just leave him alone, I have HID's in my stock housings and alot of cars come w/ HID's in stock housings(not projectors) so there is nothing you can do about it, just get off his back for doing something that doesnt hurt anybody else unless you stare at his ******* lights
It's called having concern for the well-being of others, bro. Cars that have HIDs in non-projector housings from the factory have been designed/engineered to not throw off the same glare that HIDs in standard halogen housings do.
So because you have HIDs in stock housings, that makes it okay? Just a thought, but maybe you should have someone else drive your car on a dark road at night, with you driving the opposite direction, and see how it really feels on the other end. It doesn't matter if you stare into 'em or not. It's just plain dangerous... especially for elderly people and new drivers.
At least you can see ultra-well, though, right? That's all that really matters, I guess.

there are only a very small handful of cars that do, thats not "alot" and they also have HIGHLY ENGINEERED reflective systems, specifically built for HID lighting, to cope with the insane shotgun blast of light that HIDs gives.
Halogen reflectors, which is what MOST cars come with today are NOT built to handle HID lighting.
I dont know how you can look at the countless pictures around of HID lights in halogen reflectors, and try and expect people to believe that they arent dangerous unless you "stare at his ******* lights"
you can see a car with them coming from 2 miles away in the ******* daylight, and unless you purposely stare away, to the point where you can barely even watch your own lane, they cause pain in the back of the damn retina. yeah, nothin unsafe about that.
I appreciate you are entitled to your opinion on whether its safe or not.
but please avoid fabricating facts to try and support the argument.

Had a dumb ass in an integra with hids behind me on the way home yesterday, Freakin insane! I couldn't see ****! I agree its a stupid thing to do to a car head light housing thats not designed for it. Though people are going to do what they want. Bashing a guy isn't going to change anything, even reasoning with him most likely won't either.
