As it is hard o take a child from Its mother it's possible for he dad to win custody all depends on what's best for the child if she leaves the child at home with the father and parties with her gfs every other night, or abuses drugs or takes illegal drugs, if she cheats and you have a good lawyer he can get you custody but it's a battle. Trust me on that one.

Ok I said earlier that IF the mother isn't a crack head,homeless or abusive she would most likely get the kid. And her being a cheating **** doesn't make her a bad mother it just makes her a bad wife. He said nothing about her being abusive or doing drugs.

Turbo, suicide isnt the way out. No bitch is worth it. Believe me man, when I was younger, I tried twice. I cant explain why they didnt work because they should have, but they didnt. Some years later, my son was born and I realized that he was my reason for not dying when I was younger. **** happens that sucks and hurts like hell, but if it didnt storm we wouldnt appreciate the nice sunny days as much.
