It looks like I will be taking a deposit just to ensure no one is going to back out, Let me write up the form. I just added another car to the list so that leaves 1 more spot open.

Sorry make that 2 spots left, and also I am talking with PSI motosports and i think they are going to let us have access to their dyno.

Just so everyone is clear I am unsure about the dyno yet and I am also unsure if it will be an extra charge i'm sure it will because we are only renting it for a case by case basis the $250 as of right now deos not include any dyno time as gfar as I know, I am unsure how Steve is arranging it but I did just send him a message asking how it will work please bare with me as I get all the fine details worked out. I also sent all of you a pm, and it will be followed shortly with a signed form requesting a $50 deposit so no one backs out and screws someone elase out of a good tune. Not trying to be a jerk but I also want a full roster and all that good stuff.

 

Sounds good. ^^^^Everything sounds pretty legal. Hopefully we can have a dyno, so we can do a before and after.

 

Can he do an HHR SS?

Rough estimate of what? The tune is $250 its happening on Oct the 4th. As of right now there is no dyno but I do have 2 shops looking at their schedule and if you want dyno time you pay what ever they are asking which should be a discounted rate. I will keep eveyone updated on the dyno info as I find out more.

Update I have Steve's plane ticket he is flying in Friday night and leaving Saturday night, it is confirmed and paid for, I also have his hotel just waiting on him to say smoking or non smoking.

I appreciate every cooperating with me on the deposit that I asked for, HPTUNERS should be arriving this week sometime. We should all get together sometime before the tune date and just hang out.

i highly recommend him for tuning. i drove from Albuquerque to el paso to have him tune my car and port my supercharger. just went to the dyno yesterday and the owner of the shop was extremely impressed with how perfect my a/f ratio was. pretty much a solid 11.6 all the way through

Yeah it will be in or around houston depending on if a shop will host us but no more than 30-45 min away and by away i mean friendswood.

I talked to steve yesterday and he said most of the gm roadster guys bought computers so he has allowed me a couple more 08 ss/tc's and 1 other car.

Can I get a head count of everyone on ehere who thinks they would pay the extra ~$50-$75 for dyno time?? I am trying to arrange a shop but no one is returning my emails. I am telling them there will be about 15 cars total and probably 5-7 want dyno time.

I sent everyone on the list an email lease be on the look out for it, and give me suggestions if you have them I will need quick replys so i can get this taken care of.

Jaime backed out of the tune so there is still more spots open he will be trading his truck in for a cobalt ss by the end of the year lol.

 

HPTUNERS arrived today, thank GOD it got here before the hurricane.

 

lol yup the hurricane looks like its gonna be pretty bad. n i live on the east side of houston i-10 n federal. yea i had the same idea, i was goin to suggest to meet up somewhere the date bfor the date of the tunes.

my iroc its in my garage now needs some work done but i also needed a more economical car wit some power. n im a chevy guy so cobalt turbo it is.

Well guys I have very good news for the 08's and that is you will not regret what you get I just got a generic tune from Steve and all I can say is OMG my car runs so much better $250 for this tune is a steal I am very impressed at what a diff he can do with just a generic tune that is not specialized to my car I can't wait till he gets here.
