Whats a generic tune?

 

One that is done to a generically safe level for all cars of a certain type, but still has room for improvement for each specific car's conditions.

 

Will "Ike" have an affect on the tuning schedule?

Sorry guys I'm still aive and in the dark and using the last 15min on my laptop I will give an update as soon as I am able to contact everyone but as long as everyones car made it I see no reason why the tuning can't be done maybe just no dyno but as soon as I get lights again I will give everyone an update.

 

i am already in the group tune, will i have to get it retuned, say if i just get an intake, exhaust and basic bolt ons down the line? will the computer just keep the power level at whatever the tune is set to? just wondering cause the money i was gonna use to buy an intake and other stuff, is going to my deductible for my car, since IKE treated me Like TINA and beat my car with an unknown object. I know stock, the car adjusts to mods to keep the power level the same, will it do the same with a tune? or will the tune "unlock" the PCM?

alright guys we are still having the tune I still don't have power and am unsure about the dyno I am looking into that right now and will keep you updated I am in the office right now for about 15 more minutes then I am on vacation the rest of the week but will be working on this tune. please be paitent and if you have not sent in your deposit yet try and get it sent. As for the other 2 who want in on the tune count your self in I am taking a $50 deposit and my paypal is jwhitten@rigakumsc.com I will send a signed form to your email address so i will need that I am hoping to have power in the next 2 days and get everything back to normal I am also fixing to call the sjop and see whats going on there.

Allright guys I got power last night finally and I got an email back from the shop and they can still host our event I just need to take them a $150 deposit to reserve the dyno for 6 hours and if we don't use all the time we don't pay for it. I am just reserving it for 6 hours to give everyone a chance and you will need to pay for dyno time if you want to use it. I am sorry I have not been on in so long but it looks like everything is going to happen as scheduled I am thinking about getting started around 9am if thats good with everyone else it will take most of the day according to steve.
