Just got here this past weekend for some advance classes on Sheppard. Anyone know of some things to do here, like car meets? Also looking for a good detailer to get the car cleaned up after that drive from FL.

 

You're about as far from DFW as you are from OKC. Take your pick and make the drive? Haha.

Nah though my ex wife was from up that way and I know for sure that there isn't **** to do up that way. Unless you like parties in fields and jacked up old trucks anyway.

i was up there back in april for 7 level school. theres a hispanic guy that works at the shoppette by the maingate that owns a black wingless cobalt ss. he gave me some good info to fix my car.

 

I hear ya. I felt so out of place up there. Too used to big cities. Haha

 

I'm the one that works at the shoppette and there is nothing to do here in this town. There are some vette guys and some turbo Hondas that hang out at the sonic on Kemp on the weekend's but nothing major happens here like someone said above your two hours away from either okc or Dallas. If m not mistaken I think Lawton/ft sill have some meets every now and again.

 

well me and the group of guys that i was there with had a blast goin to stagewest and texas showgirls. lol. but i was only there 2 weeks. and that was long enough.

 

but if you think wichita falls is small, you should come to southwestern va. my home town has 7000 ppl and the only thing we did was hang out in a walmart parkin lot. the manager got pissed at us and ran us off so we went right up the road to lowes parkin lot. yea there is just that much to do in my town. we dont even have a mall within an hours drive. wichita falls was fun for me when i was there for tech school back in 06-07.
