For those without Facebook, here is all of the information you need!
WHAT? 2014 Southeast GM meet(SEGME). A multiple state meet for GM enthusiasts in the Southeast, but we welcome all makes and models as well!
WHEN? April 25th-27th
WHERE? Gadsden, Alabama
Background:
The Southeast GM tuners Meet(SEGME) was originally suggested by Josh Watson(shooshine) in late 2012 for a multiple state meet for the southeast region of the US in a post on JBody.org.
With the assistance of John Higgins(AddictedToMeth) and Scott Trent(Section8Cavy) we started to gather interest and plan out the meet for early 2013.
After much discussion and voting we decided on Gadsden, Alabama in April as our first SEGME meeting location.
We had a little over 20 vehicles over the course of the weekend, and a great time was beheld by everyone, even with a few mechanical issues with a few vehicles and last minute changes.
Now in 2014 we are once again returning to Gadsden, Alabama for our second, and hopefully annual SEGME meet.
Joining the planning team for 2014 is Trey Burton, together we hope to see the meet grow in size and reach out to fellow car enthusiasts around the southeast region and have another great year and hopefully return in 2015 even bigger and better than before.
