oh lord, ******* decatur guys... we've developed some what of a "rivalry" with them and street racing... Not really a rivalry, they came to our meeting spot talking **** about how they wanted "the fastest street car in town"... then when they heard the '04 cobra with a BOV rolling up(twin turbo, over 800rwhp on the spray) they were quick to back the **** down... No offense to anyone here from Decatur, but don't bring your cam only LS1s into our territory running your mouth, there is more than one 500+whp street car roaming the streets here...

now my car is slow as ****, and i'll be the 1st to admit it, but I don't go up to Decatur running my mouth either


pretty much unless your name is Kyle, you live in H-town and own a Supra, you want none of that Cobra... and I would LOVE to see those two tangle, the Cobra finished 3rd in the Pump Gas Nationals in St. Louis a few months back, ran DEEP into the 9s on drag radials AND 93... I know its gone 5.98 through the 1/8th on those same drag radials without the nitrous(its still around 650whp)...

Just curious anyone know what the tint fee is in Alabama?

 

it should only be a fix it ticket (like 20 bucks in cali and u gotta show proof u fixed it)

 

dont tint so dark duaaaa. or go to dr and tell him that the sun bothers you and see if he will write you a tint precription

 

tint can only be 32% in alabama...ticket if u pay is like 150 i believe....my tint on my car is 15% lol

 

its actually 35%, but you are allowed 4% for error, so of course, all the shops tint at 32, lol

getting mine done next Wednesday, $199(tax and all) with a lifetime warranty

 

Haha, Yeah I need it dark I love it Mine was $150 to get tinted %20 and %5 on back two windows.
