this guy got ran off(laid off) at the end of the day(he was a piece of trash and a bad name for us all)... had got caught going through someone's tool bag and when the guy found out it wasn't one of those "don't be going through my bag" scoldings... he told the man he'd be waiting for him outside the gate, lol

this is the 2nd time i've seen this happen, though last time there wasn't a fight, and it was like my 3rd day on the job... another guy was going through MY tool bag and my journeyman saw it... HE laid into the guy, pinned him up against the gang box with his feet off the ground and told him that this was his warning...... my foreman found out about it and laid that guy off the next day(the guy going through my bag, not my journeyman)

people will say what they want about the Union, but as far as "protection" its all nice and well when you need it... but for stupid **** like that, they aren't going to help you, and you're going to get your ass kicked, and guess what, NOTHING will come down on the guy who beat his ass

why? because I want to see that guy go to his B.A. in Texas or call International and tell them "I was going through some guy's bag in Alabama and then he whipped my ass"... the B.A. and International both will tell him "And?"

and he'll probably go whine to both, unfortunately for him, more than 3 witnesses saw him pocket tools out of the man's bag... and tools were found in his possession... I didn't see it, I was working on the 2nd floor when it all went down, I just heard some bickering and decided to go check it out, after work today, we all ran for the clock and to the parking lot, lol......Even the foreman, lol

gees only 24 lb injectors with a 2.6???? holy smokes Batman... Your injectors had to be maxed out lol... Im gonna be running 42.5 lbs with either a 2.9 or 3.0 pulley and that will be close to max duty cycle on my stock fuel pump.

what kind of dyno numbers did you make?


And about coming to ualls meets, Id love too. My car is pretty crappy though on the outside id be better off bringing my tundra lol

well I hate i'm having to bail out of the Nashville meet this weekend and I know it seems like i've been doing this a hell of a lot lately, I promise, i'm not dodging hanging out with you guys, lol... work has really picked up the last 6 months and while I can't complain about that, its made it kind of hard to plan anything.... hopefully this weekend will wrap it up for a while, I know i've said that in the past but we'll be through with the outage and then back to our normal job(which is going to last about a year at this site, so it'll be steady for a while)... Bossman says we're going back to 4/10s.... hopefully next week... I plan on making Steele before it closes on a Friday... and with the check this Thursday will FINALLY be ordering my catback and x-pipe...

and I ran one of those 3-valve Roush cars today, the roush 427R... I **** you not, from 0 to probably 105ish I had him the whole time... by 115 he had MAYBE a 1/2 a car on me... if my s/c mustang was beating a stock Camaro by less than a car to 110, i'd be pissed, lol

well, that seems about right, they were tested at 13.0 @ 110, that is slow as **** for a blown 3-valve, lol
