yeh...i used to eat there everyday on the way to career center. i would be down for a meet sometime. give me a chance to go see my folks too.

its not a cobalt meet on wed nights, but its a car meet. Mostly honda's but they are really clean and a couple boostd ones. I am tryin to get the cobalt meet goin for this area though. Would be nice to have a weekly meet for the balts. There is always a meet in high point on fri and sat nights. but i have a car club that meets up at the walmart on jonestown on fri and sat then we cruise to high point or another meet.

I had started a car club when i lived out at WCU and they actually are still doin it over there. I left it to my friend with a turbo lsj. So this is the 2nd chapter of this club for the piedmont area. Its called Category 5. My idea behind it was based off a Category 5 hurricane. I wanted my club to be a deadly force of nature at the track and on the street. Quiet but subtle and strong. Its a pretty cool philosophy. The decals for this chapter are being made. I will have some this weekend.

I just raced a mustang gt here in creedmoor, he didn't pull away at all- I talked to the guy afterwards (old guy) he was impressed and told me he is putting down 525 hp - this trifecta tune is amazing.

Anyway, anyone near creedmoor/ butner there is an open car meet every third Friday here(this Friday) I'd love to get a few cobalts there. Pm me if you are interested, I'll give you the details.

i saw two yesterday. made me sad. i have not seen an IBM car yet {imperial blue}

 

To be honest... I have not seen an IBM one yet either.... maybe they didn't make many of them hell I don't know.

I can say this... I have only seen 1 other SS/TC sedan in Raleigh area and it was black!

 

Theres 2 IBM's in Jacksonville that meet up with us every wednesday. Sexyy.

 

Never saw it... that was my next choice over the white...

But I wanted to see one in person.... So I bought the white one

 

i went to the dealer and told them i want a blue ss turbo. i was expecting lazer blue though. anyways he couldnt find a leftover 08 in blue so it was yellow, black, or sport red. there was already like 10203049 black in j-ville so i went yeller.

 

I would have done Sport Red... I just didn't like that color in the sedan. The White just looked beautiful in white

 

i love my yellow. im not a fan of the sport red

 

I've had a yellow car, I would never want another one! Especially GM's **** yellow paint!

GM's paint sucks anyway except for the "specialty colors"

 

It's hard for me to like anything other than black.

 

i like my yellow *shrugs* I even prefer GM's yellow over other dealers pale faded yellow.

I went silver, for the simple fact that I wanting to color match the wheels. I also wanted black on black seats. Now...I wish I had SRTC on black wheels, with black on black interior, or white with black wheels on black and red interior.

Only bonus to having silver is it doesnt show dirt...
