I ordered OZ Ultralegerras in black from Tirerack... my wait would have been 3-5 months if I wouldn't have changed to the PF01s.

Is that tire racks fault... NOPE... did I bitch about it... NOPE... I just changed my order. But since their is NO other spring that compares to the pedders there is nothing to change your order too!

Ordered EBC rotors and Hardcore rear sway Feb 9th.

Figured there were issues with the sway so I waited until March 5th to call about it.

March 5th called and according to Sean the rotors were there and they would be shipped out that day and the sways were gonna be there in 4 days and he would ship it out as soon as they got there.

Emailed march 21st... no reply.

Called April 5th no answer, left message. Never got a call back.

Called April 16th no answer, left another message. Still no response.

Called April 21st no answer, another message... little angry... Still nothing.

Called April 26th no answer, another message... little more heated. Still nothing.

Called May 5th no answer, very heated message specifically saying "I dont want the **** anymore, I just want my ******* money back."

It is now the 11th of May and I dont have my money, I dont have the parts, and I dont even have a reply.

I understand they may still be going through some family issues but until I get my money back I will trash their name at every oppertunity. Why you assumed I was refering to Pedders springs or as if I havent tried to atleast get their reassurance that **** may be happening I have no clue. I am sorry I would like to get new brakes when I need them, I guess that is just too much to ask. I dont even care if they take 6 months for the ******* swaybar, I just want my goddamn brakes.

I pay money for a service or a good, I expect to atleast be updated on the status on it even if it is a backordered part but the rotors arent. The rotors should have been here months ago. Like I said, I understand the sway would take a good minute. The lack of customer service is what is really killing me.

 

I have to agree with Tru2nrtt, that is crazy. Send them a PM on here and see if you can get ahold of them. Unless you have the wrong number i dont understand why they wouldnt get back to you. Thats crazy its been this long. I would get impatient I know that, if the money comes out of mybank account i want to know where the thing i ordered is at

 

The Family Truckster's doing well. I ran a best of 13.7@105 in the 1/4. I ran a better 1/8 since the 1/4 pass, 9.03@84.77, I am sure it would have been a 13.6 possibly 13.5. I need to get a DP and charge piping next.

I have spoken with Vince from Trifecta... I am prolly going to end up being a tuner for trifecta as well as HPTuners.

Soooo.... it'll cost me $250 upfront... which will take me a bit to get...

but after that I want to see how much interest there would be...

I have HPTuners for LSJ and LNF.... and will have Trifecta for ALL cobalt years and chassis.

The last time I ordered stuff(3"CTI DP, Stainless brake lines, EBC yellow pads, and steering rack spacers) from them I pm'd both LSJwannabe and Fast98 about 2 weeks after ordering just to check on it, it wasnt until I called about a month and a half into my first order before I got anything done, then all the parts came within a week. My first order, although wasnt that happy with their seemingly lack of customer care, did get to me after just one phone call so I didn't really have any hard feelings since so many members on here nuthug them and they do actually research all their products to give the best products unlike some vendors *cough* TTR *cough* hence why I ordered again.

This second experience has just killed it all for me, I mean the rotors are in stock and I understand the swaybars are custom made so if I was still waiting on just the sway and they actually picked up their phones I wouldnt be bitching at all.

 

it will just open up my services to all makes and models...
