I know personally.... the motor has ALOT of potential with water injection and a tune!

true exhaust which hahn has out....and as for the intake: ttr is almost out, and synapse is working on theirs...also synapse is coming out w/ the 3" dp to backthe exhaust.......with a tune just intake and exhaust should be good for around 320+ whp.......and if you put meth inj. on there like M-Dub said.. i'm guessing 350 whp.......best part reliability

 

All I can say... is if you are an S/C'd car and don't make 300whp you are gonna get your ass handed to you... from a reputable source!

 

fed up...so i'm thinking if its not raining tomorrow the coilovers r going on in the driveway...then next day off i'll get it aligned......i tired to write ya on myspace to update ya but u dont accept msgs from non friends, and since i only know u as matt i couldnt enter a last name for a friend request the other possibility is to wiat another week or so and see about getting a t/c.......my dad has been pushing me to get the t/c but i'm still awaiting my fkn' jbp header that i want to run a lil while b4 trading in......whatcha been up? gone out in raleigh at all? if the coilovers come off tomorrow, i'll post up and we'll get up so ya can have them.....i'm purchasing a new clutch aftet i get my check on thurs. too....spec stg 2+ from a member on here.....

stock exhaust mani...w/ a catback.....been waiting for the jbp since i ordered it april 7th....emailed them friday for tracking after them posting that it was shipped two weeks ago...and got no reply....just waiting and if i become too impatient then i'm getting a t/c and throwing the coilovers with my rims, and my engine mount on there....we will c though bc i'd rather have my header!

yeah, def. as soon as the coilovers r on there urs.....i know ur looking forward to the springs...just trying to buy this clutch first if i keep my car and then pay for an alignment so i'm not pulling one way with the coilovers on .....and if u get the new 2.22 beta version u can play with the t/c if i get it as well.....

 

Oh, I look forward to tuning the t/c's.... I know Area has atleast seen the maps for the HHR's so they can't be that different!

sure does...u bettter be glad u jetted bc that one corner took me about another hour or so bc it was a bitch the get the sway bar end link hooked up in its proper spot and not tucked behind the strut.....i got the camber perfect on the left and with some tweeking tomorrow after work i'll fix the right....it pulls slight right right now, but after tomorrow's adjustments i think i can skip the alignment at least for awhile.....we'll c how it drives tomorrow..rode fine tonight though...and u should see the drop now...i'll take pics when i get the car cleaned up tomorrow before sundown.....and we'll get ur springs on as soon as i get my next day off next week sometime......now i need to buy meth unless brian wants to put a tune together without such advanced timing til' i get it...either way no hurry...just glad the install of these r over.....

Yeah, I just realized my friend Robbie works there. Was talking to him yesterday and he is gonna see if he can crack my ECU without trifecta this weekend, he showed me how on his laptop and it actually looks easy. he will be using his Cobb software and they also have a C++ guy so either way they will crack it soon. Looks like you need to sit down with Robbie and talk to him about it since we could probably do it cheaper with them cracking it instead of relying on Trifecta.

 

Matt!! I didn't have a chance to wash the car after the adjustments I had to make but the car's alignment is almost dead on now...no pulls and I have it lowwwwww now.....here r some pics of the dirty bitch......crappy pics but oh well....it looks much lower in person and the last two pics i was parked up on a piece on concrete that separates the asphault from the curb which raised it a lil I guess....either way...i want to go lower.....

 

don't count on it right now lol...it took Vince a good while to do it...and it's not the typical 16 bit ECU that Robbie is used to...it's a 32 Bit...so the encoding is different....but if he can hook it up...then good deal...otherwise i will still offer the tunes when i get the software/cable



Ryan...looks good man....hey..if you get rid of you SS/SC for a T/C...whatchya gonna do with those Recaros? lol....and you know what would look sick on your car is the diamond pattern grill on that like the one on the T/C....Crate Engine Depot has them....and dammit you need to get those headlights painted...it will look really good then

 

lol, right now....looks r the last thing im worried about getting a new clutch for this thing...and then tuned...hten meth and re tuned....and im waiting on my jbp header too....Its not if I get the turbo; its when, lmao....I'm just waiting for better financing right now on the t/c.....but until then I'm going to mod the **** out of mine...recaros might get put in the 08' we'll c what the new seats r like in person.....other than that, nothins new here how ya been chris? u recovered from ur accident yet? anything new with the car? i read ur thinking of s/c'ing now? if thats true then wait for me to get a tvs and u can get my m62 for starters.....if financing doesnt get right on the t/c soon...u'll c a tvs bc I promise 12's in my car or a t/c by sept. for my college's (Sandhills) night at the rock.....
