Yea, had a few looks while there, had a cashier friend always call me up whenever they saw someone around it lol. It was not for everyone, I think people(forums) hated the side decal but it flowed great with the hood and wheels. Just never felt like messing with it so it stayed plus I was not sure after 4 years how different the color would be off if removed though it was garaged most of the time till I moved to where I am(no garage). I would not exactly want a FWD with 550hp lol, I was going to build and turbo swap for around 450 and call it over for doing much to it. Started to set funds aside after I gave up on selling it then a guy from Iowa calls and next thing I know its gone. They got a helluva deal that is for sure.

Be all over that hood and coilovers..... but yea

 

I'm sure we can retrofit them to your miata.

well, U can have another garage.I bought a metal awning and had 11 yards of concrete poured in it and me and my wife framed it up and closed it in and had the garage done for 7000.00. Its a 24x42 garage.U can never tell it was ever an awning!

 

I have a backhoe and a frontend loader,with a couple of beers it can be DONE! I live in indian brook on mclendon dr stop on by if u get a chance and check it out youll be suprised by just looking at it.Just look for the black 2012 silverado lifted up with huge shop behind it, grey two story house

 

yea, planned on doing one down the road. I want to wait for one main reason, for the roommates to be out. I can just hear the whining now to use it so they can work on their worthless cars lol.

 

lol, I have to pull the **** truck out of my shop today to wire an amp in my sons danger ranger today.Sometimes the shop helps out but the septic truck has to stay in it for eyesore reasons.

 

I bet, not something people like to see I guess. I have no problems with sharing but these kids are tards and would always be wanting to use it so it'd be no point. I already let them have the shed(junk anyway) lol. As soon as I do not need their money they go bye bye. It was alright for a little bit.

no regrets as it was to help my wallet but I do miss it extremely. If I could go back I would probably not sell it. I want another but already jumped into another car. Depending on future outcomes I may pick one up again, hopefully one just as clean and not much of a beating.

 

I hear you. Gotta do what you gotta do. It took me a year to find my car. It had to be clean and completely stock. And still is...lol....I'm getting tired of FWD but will always respect the Cobalt SS.

 

yea, rwd is cool in a nice car I admit. Its amazing in my slow as ***** mx5 but I'd take my fast fwd over it any day. Pay abit in the corners but eh. I just miss everything about the balt, the exhaust noise, the whine of the s/c, the feel of boost. The looks and the hate I got for having a cobalt let alone one that looked like mine and then turning around and showing the haters its still quick lol. Do not miss the attention from the fuzz though. The sound system and just the look of the car. But as said, some day I might get another, might have to settle for a Turbo model just because finding a mint SC with low-ish miles is getting hard without going national on a search.

 

Damn man when you put it that way it makes me not want to sell her. I know exactly what you mean.
