Trip was great, just got back today. There were some crazy twisty roads up in Jersey that were a blast to drive in our rental G35x!!! The thing only had 30 miles on it when we picked it up, brand spankin new still with the protective plastic on the interior trim.

The fiancee wants to spend that weekend with me for my bday so I'm not sure how things are going to work but since it's in the afternoon it should be easier for me to persuade her. With or without the Cobalt I should be there (don't hate on the Mazda).

 

once I have a location from you guys I"ll put the info up to get interest in a few places.

I'm assuming regular ions and cobalts are welcome too?

Alright this is the deal some of us work Saturday during the day. But we are more than willing to meet in the late afternoon or night. We would like for you guys coming from Tampa would stick around for some streetracing in Orlando.

Also for all you guys into car shows there is one this Sunday in Orlando.

 

I know personally for me it would be better for me to be out there early afternoon and would have to be back over in Tampa somewhat early, around 8 so I can take care of things for work Sunday morning so races are out for me.

Ok since it is 10 days from today, Tampa guys (Brandon, Riverview, Valrico, Plant City, Lakeland and all other surrounding areas of West Central Florida) call me between now and the 26th so we can set a meet up point so we can ride out there together.

I would NOT go racing up here, you're going to be asking for trouble, whether it be legal or some idiot kit hitting your car because he can't drive. you're better off in Tampa at least for the next few months until after the next large bust happens.

 

streetracing in orlando is bad news. on 436 4 civics lined up on a 3 lane wide road, stopped traffic, set up a tripod camera, and raced down a MAIN street. i actually laughed when i saw that...

campos story is true i was there too. i watched the whole thing it was the most amazing thing ever with three like 3 minute civics trying to go as fast as my moms minivan racing down literally a main main road here in orlando it was ridiculous. might be up for meeting up have to see about work and such

they may have more power but can they drive? I have a GTO under my belt and I have witnesses to prove it. Did you see that one Blackwidow, down at bradenton raceway? 40% car 60% driver (off the line) Now Im not saying that I am a perfict driver, by all means Im not! But All I have is a K&N and I have a 14.189 in the 1/4 and the slip to prove it. Just saying not trying to be a di#k or anything
