Soo, in the OP, start a list with people who say they are down. You'll get a chapter none the less. The more intrest that is showed the more it will spark others interest to join. Web site should be up shortly where each chapter will eventually have their own small forum where any meets and car shows will be posted up. The chapter rep will be the Moderator of that forum on eastcoastcobalts.net. Stickers, performance parts, and car products will be available shortly

Alright guys, for those of you who don't have a sticker, Im gonna get on this now b/c apparently the stickers are ready b4 the site.
