emissions testing

anyone on here pass emissions with a cat less downpipe just moved in the GA area and was wondering if i'll need to get a catted down pipe now to meet emissions standards or what ?

If it's obdii you're fine. if they actually put the thing in your tail pipe then you'll fail lol.
