Im getting out of class on friday a lil early compared to usual and i was planning on coming out and spending the evening. That is if im invited.

 

I know yall have things to do first, so get there when you can. They open at 9:00, close at 10:00, so some time in between then would be nice. And of course you are. As is everyone else.

I'm broke. As of right now I have $20 to my name to make it on until next week. I'm what they call "up **** creek without a paddle". If it wasn't for the sale tomorrow, I probably wouldn't come down there at all.

 

Well I am off from thursday - sunday. So I will be able to make over there on saturday.

 

yeah thats a bit far for me [same area as steviepc], plus my car is still in the tuning process, but i would have loved to go!

and i got my hands on an old junker car for the show. we are gonna set it up so people can beat on it with hammers and stuff for a few dollars.

You wanna help? We're gonna be needing people thursday/friday to do a mass marketing thing by passing out fliers all around gulfport. And by mass marketing i mean putting fliers on every windshield in "x" parking lot, handing out fliers at sonic on friday, contacting all of your friends and reminding them that the show is saturday, etc.

A big thanks goes out to Anthony and Zoe for coming to help us clean up the grassy area beside RNR. We'll be needing that space to put cars if that many show up.

If anyone is willing to help with these things, be at RNR around 5pm on Thursday evening.

Sorry you can't make it man. We'd sure like for all of you florida guys to make it, but we completely understand. When yall get a meet planned, let us know and we'll try to make it.

However, allow me to remind everyone local that you're required to come to this event. Kevin, if you'll have your kids, don't worry about it. Nobody else is a daddy like you ha ha.

Everyone else, be there Saturday. The show starts at 9:00, so I prefer that everyone be there around 7:30 so we can get everything set-up. We'll probably need some help Friday as well to get some stuff together. So stay close to your phone.

We've been talking about meeting in pensacoula/gulf shores since last year. Now that we're organized, it'll get done. After Scrapin' the Coast, we'll probably plan it. Scrapin the Coast is the 3rd weekend in June. Yall should come to that. It's a HUGE weekend show. 3 days long... We can arrange for yall to stay with some of us if you'd like.

You won't regret it dude. A few of our cars will be entered into the show. I know mine for sure. The sponsor wants it in the show, so it's going in. i've always wanted my car in this show anyways. Probably one of the biggest shows in the country.

 

imma try to make it kids or not. actually enterin my car is a different story... lol my car isnt show worthy.. now if i could get somethin done with the interior it would be a different story. i can most likely get my dad to keep the kids that day since he's been wantin em again anyways. we'll see how it turns out.

 

Admit it. Even if you don't have your kids, you won't wake up that early anyways

 

Ok for saturday.. Count me in. I wont be getting off untill 830 that morning . I would get off early but the other guy is out on vacation. So i expect you guys to save me a spot next/within the gce group. That is if you love me Im not going to drag nicole with me because i know ill be stuck there but she will probably drive over and check us out. I walked around in the employee parking lot and put fliers on the cars that looked cool. didnt see **** in the guest parking lot at work.
