if ur getting a clutch and decide to get a lightweight flywheel dont get a fidanza i have been talkin to ryan with zzp and i came to the conclusion that it is the flywheel that is making me have soo many problems with the clutches. something about the step up of it is wrong.

Hopefully so. I plan on getting a zzp header/dp for sure. I need the biggest I can get. 1.75" primaries/3" dp... I wish I could get my hands on a 1 7/8" header though.

1.75 is all u need man, i had some trouble with the fitment with the 1.75. anything bigger wouldnt fit. i love my 3" dp though. i was about to sell my exhaust bc i couldnt hear it anymore then i got my 1.75 primaries with the 3" dp with the highflow cat and fell in love with my exhaust all over again.

Hey Guys/Gals along the Gulf Coast

The Armament Museum in FWB (FL) is having their annual Commando Cruise In 24 Oct - Registration 8-11am with show 11:30-2:30 and awards at 4:00. $20 pre-register and $30 at gate. Try to get enough Cobalts in the show and they will create a Cobalt class -- at least out do the Smart Car Club! Info - 1-850-884-4252

The show is one of the largest in NW Fl with 250 cars, plus you can go into the museum (cars are also parked around historical aircraft) and the food available (hot dogs, hamburgers) isn't expensive. Good way to spend a day...

I may have to schedule that to a later date anyways... I MIGHT not have all of my parts in and installed by then. We will see. Gonna try to work plenty of overtime so I can have plenty money to get it all.

I will def be playing it so_ ill be seeing you on live.

I wanted to bring this up for more discussion...
http://www.zzperformance.com/cobalt_...new1.php?id=53
2.3l stroker kit. on m62 blower.
Yes the stroker kit will run less boost.
Same CFM = more efficent because less heat.
The reason for the less boost is the larger combustion chamber the m62 has to fill.
Thats the thing to look out for when a guy has gone turbo. He may be only running 6 psi but a big turbo can push more cfm at 6 psi than a small turbo at 20 psi. When you compress air the air gets hot. If you can move alot of air with out compressing it as much the intake charge will not be so super heated.
In the future i will be probably going this route. 2.3 liter with that helified cam. That is when my income goes up after i graduate with a tvs of course

who knows the whipple might be out by then
