Congrats on gettin the ss/tc.
I'm down for a meet. If we're off this coming up weekend then we can do it. Only bad thing is, aren't the experts expecting Ike to make land fall up here somewhere? If we miss work durin the week then we'll definitely be making up lost time on the weekend. We'll let ya'll know something...
I want some new SS/SC bumpers so freakin bad.... I can't get the loan from the bank to get them tho. I make plenty of money, but I'm impatient when it comes to my car. Just fixed the intercooler pump so it works now (less heatsoaking), oiled up the by pass valve so I'm actually holding boost (for now, I've gotta find time to take the blower off and get all the rust out of the nooks and crannies), and I'm getting ready to do a few things to my blower coolant system so I can keep those IAT2s down.
Matt. Don't hurt yourself changing that oil now...

I sure didn't man and it's aggravating. But I did figure out that it's the original interceptor gauge so it doesn't have all the features of the new gauges, like the cycle mode. I dunno why it's actin all crazy. I'm gonna try to hook it to my boost gauge power and see what happens. If nothing then I'm gonna hold on to this gauge until I can get me a new one. I'll hook it up for ya man, but there's really nothing to it. When do you plan on having it?
Oh and kevin. I figured out last night that I DO have to have the stage 2 reflash or a custom tune to run the 2.9 pulley. No getting around not having a tune it seems... I guess when I get everything I need I'll call JMS and see what they say.

How about I recommend you don't get the GM stage 2 at all. Why, you ask? Well, the GM stage 2 reflash isn't worth a velvet painting of a dolphin and a whale getting it on. It makes your car run very rich, and you can get more out of an individual tuning your car. I recommend talking to ZZP and looking into their stage kits, stage 2 in particular. If you don't like what they have to offer, then try out Over The Top Performance... fast98 will hook you up. The reason I recommend them is because there aren't any tuners anywhere near us in the South, and OTT will custom tune your pcm to however you want it. Both kits are basically the same, the only difference is the tuner and what they will do for you. Zooomer with zzp seems to be a great guy, he's just busy. fast98 with OTT will get personal with you and really get what you need done. I plan on going thru OTT to get my stage kit whenever winter comes....
Oh, that's another thing. Get a few cooling mods before you get a smaller pulley. With the way we have warm winters and very hot, humid summers, you're gonna need them year-round. A smaller pulley will only drastically increase your IAT2's(Intake air temperatures post blower) and puts a very high risk of blowing your engine from the excess heat. Get an aftermarket heat exchanger with a dual pass end plate. When you do that, call me up, and I'll hook you up with a few more cooling mods. We'll meet up one weekend and install them.
Any more questions? lol

You can send that gauge back to aeroforce and theyll update the firmware for you so you can have all the features. Be sure to remove the red jumper and connect to the pink wire from your stock boost gauge. You dont need a ground, it uses the OBD2 for that....
