Low blow! I call foul!

Some storm, huh? Nikki sent me pictures of the street completely flooded out. And from I hear, my house took some wind damage to the siding. Sucks being up here and not able to do anything about it.

Man you should see Highridge. Wow is all I can say. Had to park the Cobalt and start driving my Blazer. Its sooo freaking nasty right now. Its 10x worse outside than it was this afternoon. That sucks your house got hit. Hopefully its not much.

Apparently it wasn't too bad. Buddy of mine stopped by and checked it out. Some had pulled away, but was all intact and he was able to get it all back up. Nikki said you were having a problem with the Balt?

Thats good at least it wasn't too bad. Glad to hear that. I had a couple problems with it. The first one was my own fault. Trying to get home on these flooded roads got the air filter soaked, it was running like crap. Luckily I washed the filter and dried it and its ok now. The power steering module went out too. That sucks man, no power steering and the KDW's are no fun. I'm lucky I got it replaced for 75 bucks.

Hey man, sucks about the power steering, but good to hear you got everything straightened out. We're sitting in Hanna right now up here. Nothing more than a rainy day, really. We're watching Ike real close though. For some reason the Navy really seems to think it will be coming this way.

Come on man, don't be scared of Ike! He's only looking for Tina.... I know bad joke. I'm sort of hoping we get some of the rain, my roads are sand pits again.

hey people, just introducing myself. i'm pretty sure i'll be easy to spot once i get all the work done on my cobalt. it SHOULD be able to stay side by side with C5 gen corvettes w/o nitrous. that's my goal anyways... i'm not in FL right now and probably won't have the Cobalt out of the shop until about mid-December

i will post a thread with pics and possible video and i will inform this forum of the date/s and place when this trial will happen...
