they lowered the charged to reckless driving when i got mine...now i think they actually RAISE the charge...

A cop told me recently that they are trying to take the charge of Street Racing out because it is said to be "unconstitutional"

it kinda is...should be more along the lines of reckless endangerment or something. should still carry a hefty fine and such...
