I'm using Dejon's UICP and ZZP LICP.

The ZZP LICP had to be tweaked a little but probably because of my Crazy Steve IC pipe bend being off a slightly.

Yes the HHR wheels fit over the Brembos. Some of them actually came with them. And AFAIK the Cobalt CP fits the HHR. A guy in Deleware bought a CIA hotside used from a guy in Cali and it fits fine.

I thought he was talking about the 17" HHR wheels, not 18" HHR SS polished wheels.

I have the performance package with LSD/Brembos on my HHR SS, so if hes asking about the HHR SS wheels, yes they fit over the Brembo's.

I also have the HHR SS rims sitting in my garage with factory tires on them, still have nubs ont he tires. 1,500 miles when taken off

Any UICP that goes over the valve cover will not fit a HHR SS due to the stock air box. You would have to get a CAI to use in conjuction with that.

FYI there are no real intakes out for the HHR SS (a few crappy designs), the K&N pipe/filter kit made a whooping 9 hp over the stock air box unit.

I just assumed he was talking about the SS wheels. As for the polished ones. I highly doubt it.
