Terminator2 Tune Review --
Hey guys, just wanted to do a quick review of the HPT Tune that I just received this weekend from Terminator2.
Pros:
Quick and easy – took just a minute to load the tune, and a few quick tweaks to make sure everything was correct by doing some logged pulls.
Brought my 60-100mph time with 2 people in the car and a full tank of gas from 8.8 seconds down to 5.5 secs.
4th gear now accelerates with the same force as second gear used to – as measured on an accelerometer.
Gas mileage remains the same during cruise.
No knock anywhere now, where as the stock tune had all kinds of PT knock.
Very linear power delivery (which I requested) – ˝ throttle is about 15psi.
Pulls harder than my EVOIX with 33psi on Meth did… this thing is a tq monster.
Nice guy, good location for doing some street driving.
Cons:
Tire-wear has gone up considerably.
I want to drive faster all the time.
Highly recommended…
