tune question

so i got the trifecta tune on my 2010 cobalt ss and supposed to be tuned at 23psi. well the first couple days was 23 now its holding at 20 sometimes 21. the power almost feels the same but not quit.

how much diffrent is the weather outside? my car does it too (hptuners) but the power always feels the same.
