For those of you who are looking for a good tranny spot.. I found one. Its in Dunn NC. Guy told me he would charge only 250 for clutch installs and 50 for tranny mounts. Took all of 20 minutes to do my mounts (I dont have air tools yet =( ) SO... 250 for clutch aint bad I think. Really cool guys and said I could have the car back the same day so thats a plus. If anyone is interested shoot me a pm and I will give ya contact info.

I have done it to 3 talon tsi's in my friend's garage using jackstands, a hydrolic jack and hand tools. AWD is much harder than FWD.
Also, he can just come to Fayetteville and rent a lift for like $10 an hour.
For a cobalt it would be:
remove wheels
remove axles
remove bolts
lower trans
unbolt the pressure plate
do what ya gotta do
reverse for assembly.
