I had a tripod in the car, legs are kicked out in the seat.... it was fairly stable. I want catching much traction there though, I had to keep letting off in 1st and 2nd.

I will be at FIR tonight though
I saw the SRT4 vid. He jumped out to over a car lead and you raped him top end

My boost was coming on way too quick. It was getting some shitty 60 ft's. I didnt figure out how to get my launch down till the end of the night.

well it was hot as hell there. But I guess I ran some alright times.

13.299@111.52
13.261@112.37

not bad for the 95+ degree heat. I should be in the 12's by the end of october.

What were your sixty foot times? I just looked up the DA for that track yesterday at 8:51PM it was about 4,000 ft DA. You should be able to run in the 12s at 114-116 MPH once it cools off.

Good job on helping me out with the Tune Term. The track should be nice at the end of oct. I ran a 13.4 @110 last year when it was nov there. DA was at like 1300 ft.

Also term, I turned off tq managment in 1st, I did one run with the tq management on, and ran much better out of the hole. I Just gotta find the happy spot of my launch. I will be putting some futballs in to help with my launch.

I tried and failed. Red Ferret(Rey) and I were the only sc's there last night. But like Drew said it was to hot. Rey did well.

But I bit the dust. Killed another transmission. This time 2nd gear is gone. Tried my LS4 tb tunes and they sucked ass. Put my stock TB on with that tune and car felt great. Broke 13's right away at 104mph with bad launch. But then next run broke. Down time for me now. At least car still drives

If anyone got any good advice for a good trans let me know LOL!!!

I find that on street tires It is best to limit it to 50-60% torque in 1st so you can hammer it down with minimal wheelspin. If you are amazing with throttle control removing all the 1st TM might net some small gains on street tires. Running DRs or slicks 100% power in 1st is great. Running 2 tenths faster and 2 MPH faster in a DA that much higher is great. In 1300 ft DA you should be able to run a 12.6-12.7 at 115-117 traction willing LOL.

I did cut a 2.2 60 for the 13.261 run. I might see if I can find some slicks the season. I will be putting some footballs in, this friday though if the weather is willing. (I will be running at SIR.)
and my tires are the Hankook RS2, 235/40's

If you can get down to a 1.9-2.0 sixty even in those crappy conditions you will be easily into the 12s. For every tenth you cutoff your 60 it is worth about 2 tenths on your ET.
