Random BS from the weekend:

Got a call from my realtor, she said she cant says congrats just yet but should be giving me good news today about a house we put an offer in on.

Also cleaned my maf since I was having a performance issue and the car would switch to map when I was in boost for over 5 seconds. Cleaned the filter too. Drove it this morning to work and kept in boost for about 10 seconds and no issue yet. Knock on wood that was the fix. The thing is my luck is not that good so I am guessing it will **** up again after work today.

Hopefully the maf was the issue man its only been what two years? Haha and 10 seconds of boost you better have hit 130!

 

I only held about 7 psi... on purpose. Went about 30% throttle. The maf would fail at any boost level if held over 5 seconds before. Yes its been 2 years..

 

I see! Get the damn thing done so i can detail your car for all that tuning you did for me!

So Brett I'm thinking of taking the stripes off after several years. But I'm worried that the paint under the vynil is gonna be all hella new and wont match the car lol. Input? But I will put Grand Sport fender stripes in the future.

 

That's iffy man, you park your car outside? Wax it very often? If yes for the first and no for the second I wouldn't touch it

 

Car is parked outside when I'm at work but always garaged. Waxed like 3 times last time was about a year ago and that was a fun/tiring process.
