You are a dumb *****, $2,000 for the kit BRAND NEW from the dealer,primed,painted and cleared with sikkens paint,baked as well,and kory and I installing it.You obviously have never paid for a great paint job or know anyone that has,cause thats the price of things.The 2 tone civic in the garage has well over $10,000 in materials and labor and its not even a flake or pearlescent paint.Paint is not cheap and you have to remember,you get what you pay for.

 

fosho ^ 2k for a brand new kit painted and installed is hella cheap.

I cruise next to him in the malibu maxx next thing I know I look back and see hid's changing lanes all crazy... It was a effing lambo and the ss/tc almost ran up his ass lol I don't think the lambo thougt the cobalt would keep up like it did haha it was crazy I moved over and let the lambo by to seeif he would run the balt but he got off on ray.. The balt wanted to run him haha. The ss/tc had michigan plates I think it's the dude on here. It was exciting

well my car is still knocking and my timing is below stock wtf so i talked to term and he was telling my that it could be false knock due to a couple of things like vibrations or maybe bad knock sensor. he didnt know that i have TTR engine mounts and tranny inserts so i have to take those out and see if that fixes the problem. i dont have all the tools here to due the job since all my stuff is in strawberry if anybody could give me a hand that would be great thanks.

 

when I moved to AZ my term tune had some knock and other issues. It happens

I would love yo see your car done a completely different blue for $2000. Haha I got some sharpies that are royal blue, doubt anyone else has that... And we can even use some silver ones underneath the blue to give it a flake effect!

all i'm saying is that if it was in the booth thats when you can get creative to stand out of the crowd. now i have not "paid for a great paint job" but I helped richie with the sc since his brother in law owns a shop.

i'll probably know how much it costs when it goes into the booth, but until then I will still have many of my photoshop concepts/forza 3 concepts to work with.
