word, have you changed one on these motors before?
I wish I could run the LNF coolant crossover pipe since I have to unbolt the damn thing to get to the thermostat...then I could install this header that has been sitting in my garage for a couple months now

Key way got tore up. DOn't think it got tightened down hard enough when it was put back in, destroyed my lightweight crank pulley and the key way. looks like I'll be getting a new crank... Unless there's a way to put just a key way back in... but that seems sketch to me.

The key just inserts.. Trying to find a better picture, it may be on my home computer.

Edit: This is how mine looked. I know why mine did it, but this just references the key way.

I have heard light weight pulleys help destroy keys more than standard weighted ones.

Yea we told Tyler this too that we heard nothing but bad about them but you never know with mixed reviews like for the one he has.I think the balancer bolt got over looked.I remember tightnening the crap out of it but I dont think anyone torqued it and it vibrated loose. When we pulled the tire off,it came off by hand.Im hoping we can get the remaining keyway out.Thank you for the pic.that actually helps alot.
so next is taking the timing chain cover back off again and going from there. thanks for the pics chris. that helps a ton. the crank is good, and if the key itself can be purchased, then i think we are in good shape. i am making tyler buy all new bolts for whatever we take off though. well for important things anyways. and ill research the ati super damper tonight and see if it really is worth it.
