wish I could say the same...
Digs as of recently aren't my strong points. I guess I gotta work on my clutch control and think about how long the stocker is going to hold up.
On a better note, I ordered a Canton Racing aluminum surge tank and 16# cap. Its a flow through tank and has a overflow point to burp the h/e system. Best advantages that I see in it is that its flow through and I will be able to mount it and not have to utilize more hose to connect it all.

I remember him telling me he was just gonna wait till it blows and then build it. If everything is done right, the motor will last longer then normal

I will post pics of my blunders and solutions soon! The tank is 1.5 quarts and if I wanted to, I could have gotten a 30 lb cap for the heat exchanger system, but I didnt see any exra benifit to over pressurizing it. I was talking with richie and basically told him that I took out the stock heat exchanger but looking for a better way to do the option b tank setup. So I found a tank that tooks like it will fit between the supercharger frame. I have a 16 lb cap coming with it and like the gm option b version of the tank, it will effectivley increase the boiling point of the water in the h/e system and increase fluid capacity. I plan to get my methanol situation resolved here because heat soak is a bitch! Maybe I can do the hookup and adjustment with richie during the week.
Now I'm going to need 80's and E85 to say I have it and talk down to others like an ignoramous.
It sounds to me that you can run methanol and e85 even though e85 is already cooling your engine down. Methanol only becomes extra fuel after that. I'd do both because for me, I will need to do all the chemical intercooling I can. the hardware intercooling will be done here soon.
I wasn't specific on the model, its a universal unit.

You removed your stock h/e? What are you runnin in place of it? I don't see a need for pressurizing the cooling system, if your water ever gets to the point of boiling you have other issues that need to be resolved. My water never even gets warm to the touch and I'm running the stock h/e dual pass and flow through tank, not a pressurized system. If I do add another h/e it will be a garret core (cobra) or a secondary stock h/e because it has a huge surface area, and is extremely efficient. Also I can mount it in front of the cooling stack almost touching the ac condeser, leaving no room for the flow of the air to be disrupted, unlike people who mount the h/e right in the grill. Which is effectively removing the stock unit from doing any good. Oh and you tucson guys are lucky, I have no e85 for at least 40 miles. Running e and meth your egts are going to be ridiculously low and your rings will love you lol

was getting on the highway behind an infiniti G37 yesterday and they guy took off so of course I kicked it and followed him. He saw and didn't let off until I passed him at about 120 (no other cars around, don't worry). I slowed down and he pulled up, rolled down the window and wanted to know if I had nitrous or something. Told him I was turbo'd (he said he had the v6) and he wanted to race again. Since we started at the same time, I pulled on him easy. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much fun

Here is my part of the BS thread...
I didnt know how tough it was to pull the motor. No lift or anything... Ugh after my second day of pulling stuff off I am beat and battered. I think its taking a little bit longer too because I am taking lots of pictures... 200+ so far.
