Hey guys, I have a 32GB iPod Touch I'm trying to get rid of. Posting here because I prefer to sell locally (especially on this forum, with all the horror stories).

Just exchanged it through Apple, so it's basically an untouched new or, more likely, refurbished model (meaning brand new physical condition - not so much as a fingerprint on it), still under warranty through April of next year.
