welp....took the head off,replaced the Fel-pro headgasket with a GM headgasket,replaced all the rocker arm,lifters,and valve seals.Retimed her,bolted it all back together and wouldn't start.Sounded like no compression at all.So after kicking a lot of boxes as hard as I could for 2 days,I made sure no valves were bent,which they were not.Retimed it again,but it back together and she started right up with random misfires that sounded pretty bad.My initial thought was faulty head gasket or for some reason the valves were not sealing.After kick another pile of boxes for another day,I pulled the plugs out to notice cylinder #3 and 4 spark plugs had no gap.So gapped em and she's purrin again.Next step is to build a nice solid ramp,and jump it off the grand canyon.Ill have go pro vids lol jk

Don't know of any machine shops per se, how much longer you thinkin till you get it back?

No clue , saw Chris today and he said the issue is the prior shop fucked up my original block ( or didn't realize it was fucked up already ) and new shop that he was gonna use for new / spare block closed. So I said I would find a shop since he had no ideas about who he/we cod trust so that's why I asked all u nice people.
