Na , I've been in az for 32 years. I've heard of ya from back In the day but never worked with ya. My current tuner in is SCcobaltSS ( Chris ) . But I have heard some excellent things recently now that ur " back " , so I could be hitting u up about tuning my lsj in the future.

 

Anyone recommend a shop to do a leak down ? Thanks

He's never done a leak down test, I mentioned it to him. He is still kinda shocked that I may even have any issues at all.

 

I'm hearing rumors of a pretty fast Cobalt down in Tucson. Is it legit? I haven't seen any really fast Cobalts in the PHX/Tucson area in a long time (i'm talking 500hp+).

 

Yeah, I took a few years break from the Cobalts and stuck with the Solstice and Sky crowd across the country. Too many cobalt owners are flaky and don't show for dyno appointments and tunes.

Last night I had a cobalt guy with an LSJ flake on me too. Doesn't bode well for him.

There are an insane amount of cars that show up there in general. If you guys haven't made it out there before, you are definitely missing something worth while.

Yep lol. Logan's, the black SC, landan, the maroon red TC low wing, Eli the maroon red with big wing, my brother a yellow TC, a big turbo black cobalt with a big or low wing I forgot his name, a yellow SC names Jesus, a non turbo ss i've seen. Me i've been there but not in awhile.

 

Yep that was most of them. Jesus and Jose have the 2 yellow LSJs, Logan and Landan were there as well as a couple other guys. I didn't run into Eli there, but I've met him before too. Since it's basically in my backyard, I think it's crazy it's taken me this long to get out there and go to it.

I used to own an 07 cobalt ss and I had a guy do a tune on my car I could've sworn his name was Chris ? Not sure but back then he had a twincharged 06 cobalt I think .. Lived alright thunderbird I believe . I'm buying a cobalt and looking for him to tune my new car .. If anybody knows him or has his info please dm me as I just signed up to the forums again and not going to be on here very often ..!

Im trying to get ahold of the previous owner of my car, He's an AZ guy that goes by the username Xbobbitox on here, his real name is Bobby I think. Its a Maroon ss/tc on OZ ultraleggeras and has gold painted brembos. He hasn't been around since ~2013. Anyone know who he is or have any way to contact him. I'd like to ask him some questions about the car!

 

Hey guys, new to this site. I've been out to the Pavillions car show a few times and only seen two Cobalts out there. I've got a LT myself, with the SS body kit, lowered, wheels, etc.
