Finally after almost 3 years car is back and running... However it has few issues. I need some recommendations for a shop that is willing and CAPABLE to diagnose our cars and not charge arm and leg to do it

Thanks ,I will contact to see what they can do. Car is having some misfire issues and causing CEL to pop. Prolly my 60's the issue but who knows at this point

 

Contacted Cordes , advised me they do it work on the scores platform at all and cannot assist me. Any other advice ?

 

What codes it throwing? Is it while driving or only at idle, are the plugs new

 

p0300 , plugs new and gapped.032 . Mostly throws code in 4th but interceptor does show misfires during idle but is usually low between 2-6

 

Does anyone local have a stock 2.5bar MAP sensor that I could use to troubleshoot mine? I'm wondering if my MAP is sending false readings and messing with my idle. If we could meet in a parking lot or your place and do a quick swap and swap back I'd appreciate it...

I have stock 2.5bar but i'm in buckeye/goodyear. If you go to pavs or 51st ave you can test it there.



I saw a bunch of cobalts yesterday! I saw 1 yellow supercharged, guy also owns a stock yellow TC. a ss sedan maroon red, a ss/tc coupe red.

I've been seeing lots of cobalts around here lately!

Yes sir. Depending on the area the one you saw might have been mine. Don't think there are many, if any, other tint coat red sedans in the state. Hopefully your car is not totaled! If you do end up being interested just let me know. I check the forum every other day

hey guys. Just posting up here because me and a bunch of the cobalt guys on the Facebook page are planning a little meet on this sunday, the 3rd at like 7ish pm. If anyone wants to go let me know. so far I think we have about 6 to 10 cobalts. this will be in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
