I know a guy with hahn catback and hahn catless downpipe, at idle it's literally quieter than stock and under load it's still extremely quiet. I do like the tone but for 1k there are better options out there

On the way to the dyno today, Steve and I spotted a blacked out SS/SC on chandler and kyrene around 3ish. I waved to the guy, he waved back. Havn't seen it before. Then on the way back saw another black SS/SC around 5ish. Chick was driving and had exhaust from what I could tell.

 

the girl that works next to me that drives the black ss/sc lives in chandler may have been her was it blacked out? if so it was her

Hahaha wow before I even got home someone else found out about it. Lol apparently I'm getting a rep in Chandler/tukee area. 2 of the guys there heard about my car and said that it was fast as **** and I've never even seen them before. Jared's turbo'd eclipse wasn't even a race at all though. I didnt brake boost him and I still put bus lengths on him. The Fox body was quick for sure. I probably had a car and a half on him by the time I hit 120 from a 40 roll.

Thanks for the input on the Hahn. I have heard that it is super quiet, but on youtube, you would have no idea. If anything it sounds louder and deeper, not more quiet and deep. Its probably the distance of the camera to the tailpipe. I like how deep the tone is and how it gets rid of the raspyness of the stock exhaust, I just wish it was louder. I purchased it a few months ago, but canceled the order because I had heard that some of the local dealerships don't turn a blind eye to DP swap and will block your VIN for warranty work. Kinda pointless to do a exhaust if your not swapping the DP.
You guys hear that or know of any dealerships that are actually cool with it?

Side note, but it seems like most of you guys all know each other...You guys go up to the pavallions or down to firebird ever for cobalt meets?

 

Sure do,havent lately but need to get one going.And Im not a LNF but I have a catless DP and they dont say anything.Actually just got my car back from the dealer for transmission # 3 and nothing was said except for my suspension warranty was finally voided lol only took them 4 visits.

I had one guy talk to me about the header and DP I had on the car who was the manager who wouldn't fix my broken thermostat for coolant. And Eventually I argued enough with him and passed all his little tests, but he says that I put an aftermarket thermostat on it still.... OKAY..
But other than that I have had no problems at all. Nothing has even been voided yet and I added a turbo kit to the car. lol I go to Freeway btw.

 

Depends on who you go to at freeway. There are a couple different managers, and all of them except one are cool, but that one is well, let's just say less cool. I forget his name tho...
