i also saw a wanna be ss/sc on the 17 going north it was a base car with stock aluminum rims and the ss/sc wing on the trunk , it was silver

 

His myspace has a pic of his car next to 2 others one with orange neon and one with green neon.

 

orange neon seams like his cav , and the green sounds like kia wanna be show car

if those are the car , then he is kinda a dork , he used to tell people that he did all the work to his cav , when the car was built for SEMA , and he paid way to much for it

1 of the guys that used to hang out with the cav group used to pester the crap outta him , and he swore he did the cav , lol

If we're talking about the same guy, my friends have had some issues with this guy too. They peck at each other over myspace, he even called my friends 12 second srt... a neon!

 

Technically it is, just like our SS S/C's are still just Cobalts.

 

Accually, in Road&Track in their past tests section, they list it as "SRT-4" where as they list others as Viper SRT-10, Charger SRT-8, Magnum SRT-8, Crossfire SRT-6.

 

That's their attempt at respecting domestics.

 

It's Neon body, Neon Chassis, Neon windows, Neon Doors, Neon trunk, and SRT drivetrain.

It's a Neon SRT-4. Plain and simple. Dodge just ommited the Neon to boost sales and make it respectable.

the biggest thing i hate is the 2 rear doors have roll down windows , and the front are power

Yeah that's him. He got rearer ended and had it repainted "Rootbeer". While he was at it he decided to have the motor rebuilt. I think he was talking 500+ hp on race gas and 700+ hp with the nitrous.

 

At the dragstrip people only use nitrous to spool the turbos quicker, the turbo blows so much air that nitrous dosn't really affect anything other than cooling the air a little. I know this because I was talking to a guy with a 6 second twin turbo camaro (race car) at the last PSCA race at Speedworld. He said nitrous really dosn't help much once the turbos spool up.

 

Saw an '05 Red SS at Chandler Mall around 4:30...Illinois plates. We have any recent immigrants from there?

 

I saw a black 06 ss s/c at the chevron by chandler blvd and the 101 at about 10:15 pm or so.

 

I saw the same car today at the same spot around 5:15ish or so looks like
hes got 20s on it to, couldnt make out what all the stickers said.

 

Saw a Arrival Blue SS/SC at Park mall today, it had Watson dealer decal on the trunk.

If it was anyone who is registered, I was the blue RS with the chrome rims that was parked next to you.

 

Hey I'm suprised you didn't see me! I was right by park mall today! I had to do deliveries in tucson ALL DAY today!

 

Wow, I was parked behind the robinson's may, and walked all the way to the theatre. My friends were pissed at me.

And I took a pic of my car next to the SS/SC, I love the front bumper so much. My lame ass LS bumper sucks.
